These Terms & Conditions govern your use of kbice.net and purchases from Flurida Singapore Pte Ltd under the KB ICE brand in Singapore. They are intended to work together with any product-specific warranty, quotation, invoice, order confirmation or other written terms that we provide for a particular transaction.
1. Agreement to These Terms
By accessing our website, placing an order, accepting a quotation or purchasing a KB ICE product from us, you agree to these Terms & Conditions to the extent applicable to your transaction.
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted under applicable Singapore law.
2. Website & Purchase Eligibility
You must have legal capacity to enter into the transaction. If you purchase on behalf of a company, organisation or other entity, you represent that you are authorised to act for that entity.
3. Product Information
We aim to present product descriptions, specifications, photographs, dimensions, output ratings, storage capacities, compatibility information and other information accurately. Product images are for illustration and may appear different because of lighting, screens, production revisions or packaging.
Performance figures such as daily ice output or first-ice timing may depend on water temperature, ambient conditions, ventilation, usage patterns, installation, power supply, maintenance and other operating factors.
We may make reasonable product, packaging or technical changes that do not materially reduce the essential function of the product. If a material change affects an accepted order, we will contact you where appropriate.
4. Prices, Quotations & Promotions
Website prices are shown in Singapore dollars unless stated otherwise. Applicable delivery, installation, taxes, accessories or other charges will be shown, stated or confirmed where relevant.
Promotional prices, bundles, launch offers, vouchers and campaign pricing may be subject to stated dates, stock limits, channel restrictions or other promotional conditions.
Commercial products, project-based orders and certain configurations may be sold by quotation rather than a fixed online price. Unless a quotation states otherwise, quotations may be revised before acceptance if scope, quantity, installation requirements, delivery requirements or specifications change.
5. Orders & Acceptance
Submitting an order does not necessarily mean that we have accepted it. An order is accepted when we issue an order confirmation, accept payment, or otherwise confirm acceptance in writing.
We may decline or cancel an order before fulfilment where reasonably necessary, including for stock unavailability, suspected fraud, manifest pricing or listing errors, payment failure, delivery limitations or circumstances that prevent us from supplying the product.
If we cancel an accepted prepaid order for reasons not caused by you, we will refund the amount paid for the cancelled item using an appropriate method.
6. Payment
Payment must be made using the payment methods made available by us. Third-party payment providers may apply their own terms, security checks or processing requirements.
You are responsible for ensuring that payment and billing information supplied is accurate and that you are authorised to use the selected payment method.
7. Delivery & Collection
Delivery dates and time windows are estimates unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing. You must provide an accurate delivery address, contact number and any relevant access information.
Additional charges may apply for special access requirements, unsuccessful delivery attempts, redelivery, remote locations, installation work, manpower, equipment or other requirements that were not included in the original order.
Where delivery is made by a logistics partner, tracking or delivery information may be provided by that partner. Risk of accidental loss or damage generally passes to you when the product is delivered to you or a person authorised by you, subject to applicable law.
8. Inspection, Damage & Incorrect Goods
Please inspect the product reasonably soon after delivery. If you receive an incorrect product or notice transit damage, missing parts or an obvious defect, contact us promptly with your order details and, where useful, photographs or video so that we can assess the issue.
Reporting an issue promptly helps us investigate with the courier, warehouse or service team. Your statutory rights for non-conforming goods are not limited by this reporting request.
9. Returns, Cancellations & Refunds
Before dispatch
If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. We will try to accommodate the request, but cancellation may not be possible once an item has been dispatched, specially ordered, configured or committed to third-party costs.
Change-of-mind requests
Unless a promotion or written offer expressly provides otherwise, change-of-mind returns are not automatically guaranteed. Any approved return may require the product to be unused, complete, in resalable condition and returned with its original packaging and accessories. Reasonable delivery, collection, inspection or restocking costs may apply where legally permitted and disclosed.
Faulty or non-conforming goods
If goods do not conform to the contract, remedies will be handled in accordance with applicable Singapore law and the circumstances of the case. Depending on the situation, this may include repair, replacement, price reduction, refund or another appropriate remedy.
10. Product Warranty & After-Sales
Warranty periods and coverage vary by product and may be stated on the relevant product page, order confirmation, invoice, warranty documentation or other written material supplied with the product.
Warranty coverage generally applies to qualifying defects under normal intended use and is subject to the product-specific warranty terms. Warranty may not cover issues caused by misuse, unauthorised modification or repair, improper installation, unsuitable power or water conditions, neglect, accidental damage, lack of required maintenance, external causes or consumable items, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
We may request proof of purchase, serial number, photographs, video, diagnostic information or access to the product to assess a warranty request.
11. Commercial Products & Site Requirements
Commercial products may require additional assessment of expected usage, ventilation, drainage, water supply, power supply, floor or countertop support, access, installation clearance and other site conditions.
Where we provide site-specific recommendations, quotations or installation requirements, you are responsible for providing accurate information about the premises and intended use. Additional works, modifications or third-party trades that are not expressly included in our quotation are not included in the product price.
12. Proper Use of Products
Products must be installed, operated, cleaned and maintained in accordance with supplied instructions and reasonable safety precautions. Do not use a product where it is damaged, improperly installed or operating abnormally.
Product suitability depends on the intended environment and use. A household countertop ice maker should not be treated as a substitute for a commercial machine where actual demand exceeds its intended duty.
13. Intellectual Property
The website and its content, including branding, product names, text, graphics, photographs, videos, layouts and other materials, are owned by or licensed to Flurida or its relevant rights holders and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may use the website for personal or legitimate business purchasing purposes. You may not reproduce, scrape, republish, sell, distribute or commercially exploit substantial website content without permission, except where permitted by law.
14. Website Use
You must not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, use automated means in a manner that materially burdens the service, or use the website for unlawful or fraudulent purposes.
We may suspend or modify the website from time to time for maintenance, security, updates or operational reasons.
15. Third-Party Services & Links
Our website may use or link to third-party payment, logistics, social-media, communication, marketplace or technology services. Those third parties may have separate terms and policies. We are not responsible for services that are independently provided by third parties, except to the extent required by law or expressly agreed by us.
16. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses that were not reasonably foreseeable as a result of a breach by us.
We are not responsible for loss or damage caused by misuse, unauthorised modification, improper installation by others, unsuitable site conditions, failure to follow product instructions, third-party services outside our control or events beyond our reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited, or any mandatory consumer remedy available under Singapore law.
17. Events Beyond Our Control
We will not be responsible for delay or failure caused by events reasonably beyond our control, such as severe weather, natural disasters, epidemic or pandemic disruptions, transport interruption, port or customs delays, labour disruption, utility failure, cyber incidents, government action, supplier disruption or similar events. We will take reasonable steps to manage the impact where practicable.
18. Privacy
Our collection and handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy , which forms part of your use of our website and services.
19. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Subject to any applicable consumer dispute rights or mandatory law, disputes relating to these Terms or purchases from us are subject to the jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
20. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will apply from the date the revised Terms are posted, unless otherwise stated. Terms applicable to an already accepted order will not be changed retrospectively in a way that removes rights already accrued, except where required by law or agreed with you.
